This study is concerned with describing the perception of both male and female MENA youths with regard to the economic choices available to female youths in the Middle East. In particular, the participants in this study (male and female students at a large university in the Middle East) shed light on the current status of young, college-educated women in the Middle East in terms of the factors facilitating and impeding their transition from college to work. A number of themes were identified related to factors affecting the transition of MENA female youths from school to work.
